Question 1

How to make a Pix deposit on pg767?

Accepted Answer

Deposit Log in to your pg767 account and go to the "Deposit" section. Select Pix as your payment method, enter the amount you want to deposit (minimum R$ 20.00), and click "Generate Pix Key". A QR Code and a copy-and-paste key will appear on screen. Open your bank app — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Inter, or any other — scan the QR Code or paste the key, and confirm the payment. Your balance shows up in your pg767 account within seconds, with no fees.

Question 2

Can I create a pg767 account from my phone?

Accepted Answer

Registration Yes — pg767 runs fully in your mobile browser with no app download required. Registration, Pix deposits, games, and withdrawals all work the same on Android or iPhone. Open the site in Chrome or Safari, tap "Sign Up," and fill in the form. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Question 3

What documents are needed to create an account?

Accepted Answer

Registration To create an account, all you need is a valid CPF, an active email address, and a Brazilian mobile number. A photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address are only required for identity verification (KYC), which takes place before your first withdrawal — not before playing. The KYC process is completed once and is approved in under 24 hours in most cases.

Question 4

Can I have more than one account at pg767?

Accepted Answer

Registration No. The Terms & Conditions pg767 rules allow only one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts results in the immediate suspension of all of them, with all bonus balances forfeited. If you already have an account and can't remember your login details, chat support can restore access without you needing to open a new account.

Question 5

My registration confirmation email never arrived. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Registration First, check your email's spam or junk folder — providers like Gmail and Hotmail sometimes filter confirmation emails. If it's not there, go to the pg767 login screen and click "Resend confirmation email". The new email arrives within 2 minutes. If the issue persists, contact support via chat with the email address and CPF you used to register.

Question 6

Can someone under 18 create an account at pg767?

Accepted Answer

Registration No. pg767 is a platform exclusively for users aged 18 and over. Date of birth is verified at registration and confirmed by ID during the KYC process. CPFs belonging to minors are blocked automatically. If you suspect a minor has accessed the platform, contact support immediately — the case will be handled as a priority.

Question 7

What is the minimum deposit at pg767?

Accepted Answer

Deposit The minimum deposit at pg767 is R$ 20.00 for payment methods in general. To activate the 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00, the minimum eligible deposit is R$ 50.00. There are no deposit fees for any of the accepted methods.

Question 8

What payment methods are accepted besides Pix?

Accepted Answer

Deposit In addition to Pix, pg767 accepts: boleto bancário (processed within 1 business day), credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer through major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and others. Pix remains the fastest option — your balance shows up in seconds, 24 hours a day, including holidays.

Question 9

I made a Pix deposit but the balance hasn't appeared in my account. What happened?

Accepted Answer

Deposit In rare cases, a Pix deposit may take up to 5 minutes to process during periods of high activity on the Brazilian financial system. Wait that time and refresh the page. If the balance still hasn't appeared, check your banking app to confirm whether the debit was processed on their end. If your bank debited the amount but pg767 hasn't credited it after 15 minutes, contact support via chat with your payment receipt — the team resolves it within minutes.

Question 10

How long does a Pix withdrawal take on pg767?

Accepted Answer

Withdrawal Pix withdrawals for accounts with approved identity verification (KYC) are processed in up to 15 minutes — 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. The amount is credited directly to the Pix key linked to the registered CPF. If KYC has not been completed yet, the first withdrawal awaits approval, which happens in under 24 hours in most cases.

Question 11

What is the minimum withdrawal at pg767?

Accepted Answer

Withdrawal The minimum withdrawal at pg767 is R$ 50.00. There are no fees for Pix withdrawals within the daily limit. Your withdrawable balance consists exclusively of real money — winnings from bets placed with real funds — after meeting the rollover requirements for any active bonuses.

Question 12

Why has my withdrawal been pending longer than usual?

Accepted Answer

Withdrawal Withdrawals can be pending for several reasons: KYC not yet approved (documents under review), additional verification requested by the security team for withdrawals above certain amounts, bonus rollover not yet completed, or bank details that don't match the registered CPF. Check your withdrawal status in the account dashboard. If the situation isn't clear, support via chat will provide the exact reason in under 3 minutes.

Question 13

Can I withdraw to a bank account different from the one linked to my registered CPF?

Accepted Answer

Withdrawal No. For security and compliance with Brazilian financial regulations, Pix withdrawals are only processed to keys linked to the same CPF registered on the pg767 account. Withdrawal attempts to a third party's CPF are automatically blocked. This protects you against fraud and ensures no funds are credited to the wrong account.

Question 14

How does the 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 work?

Accepted Answer

Bonuses The welcome bonus is credited automatically on your first eligible deposit — no code required. Deposit R$ 100.00 via Pix and receive an extra R$ 100.00 in bonus funds, giving you R$ 200.00 to play with. The minimum deposit to activate the bonus is R$ 50.00 and the maximum bonus is R$ 500.00. To withdraw winnings generated with the bonus, you must meet a rollover of 30x the bonus amount within 30 days. Slots and crash games count 100% of the rollover; Sports Betting counts 100%; Live Casino counts 20%; Blackjack counts 10%.

Question 15

What is rollover and how do you meet it?

Accepted Answer

Bonuses Rollover (or wagering requirement) is the total amount you need to bet in order to convert bonus balance into real, withdrawable funds. If you received R$ 100.00 in bonus and the rollover is 30x, you need to place R$ 3,000.00 in valid bets within the time limit. Rollover progress is displayed in real time on your account dashboard. Cancelled bets, bets placed at very low odds (below a set threshold), or Blackjack bets below the minimum amount do not count toward the rollover.

Question 16

My welcome bonus expired before I completed the rollover. What happens now?

Accepted Answer

Bonuses If the 30-day bonus period expires before the rollover requirement is met, any remaining bonus balance and winnings generated exclusively from that bonus will be removed from your account. Your real deposited balance remains untouched — it is never affected by bonus expiration. You can continue playing and withdrawing your real balance as normal.

Question 17

Is there a weekly cashback at pg767?

Accepted Answer

Bonuses Yes. Active pg767 players have access to a weekly cashback of up to 15% on net weekly losses — with no additional rollover. Cashback is credited automatically every Monday for the previous week. To qualify, you must reach the minimum betting volume defined in the promotion terms, available in the promotions tab within your account.

The full market catalog is available in the Sports Betting section after you log in.

Question 19

How does cash out work on live bets?

Accepted Answer

Betting Cash out lets you settle a bet before the final result — recouping part of your stake or locking in a partial profit, depending on how the event is unfolding in real time. On pg767, cash out is available for most live football markets, including Brasileirão matches. The available cash out amount is displayed on your active bet screen in real time. Bets placed with a bonus have specific cash out rules — check the terms before using this feature.

Question 20

Can I place parlay (combo) bets at pg767?

Accepted Answer

Betting Yes. pg767 allows parlay (combo) bets with a minimum of 2 selections. The odds for each selection are multiplied together — the more correct selections, the higher the potential payout. There is a maximum number of selections per parlay and a minimum odd per selection for it to count in the combo. These limits are shown when you build the bet.

Question 21

What happens to my bet if the match is canceled or postponed?

Accepted Answer

Betting If a game is cancelled or postponed, pg767 refunds the full staked amount to your account. For accumulator bets, the cancelled selection is removed from the acca — if at least 2 valid selections remain, the bet stays active; if only 1 remains, the bet is converted to a single at the remaining selection's odds. Processing takes up to 48 hours after the official cancellation.

Question 22

Do Live Casino dealers speak Portuguese?

Accepted Answer

Casino Yes. pg767 has Live Casino tables with dealers in Brazilian Portuguese — Blackjack, European roulette, baccarat, and live poker. Question 23

What is RTP and where can I find the RTP for slots?

Accepted Answer

Casino RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of total wagers returned to players over many rounds. A slot with a 96% RTP returns an average of R$ 96.00 for every R$ 100.00 wagered over the long run. On pg767, the RTP for each slot is available on the game information screen — tap the "i" icon or open the info menu within the game. The platform keeps this data fully visible.

Question 24

What is Provably Fair in crash games like Aviator and Spaceman?

Accepted Answer

Casino Provably Fair is a cryptographic technology that lets you verify, after each round, that the game result was not manipulated — by either the casino or the player. In Aviator and Spaceman available at pg767, the result seed is generated before the round and can be verified by the player after it ends, using cryptographic verification tools. This guarantees that the multiplier for each round is genuinely random.

Question 25

How do progressive jackpots work at pg767?

Accepted Answer

Casino Progressive jackpots build up by pooling a portion of every bet placed by players on eligible slots — until one player hits the winning combination and takes the entire prize. At pg767, the real-time jackpot value is displayed at the top of the game in BRL (R$). The full prize is credited to the winner's account and can be withdrawn via Pix immediately after confirmation.

Question 26

I forgot my password. How do I recover access?

Accepted Answer

Account On the login screen, click "Forgot my password," enter your registered email, and wait up to 5 minutes. If you can't remember your registered email, our chat support can restore access after identity verification using your CPF and full name.

Question 27

Can I change the email address on my account?

Accepted Answer

Question 28

How do I close my pg767 account?

Accepted Answer

Account To close your account, contact support via chat or email. Any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix after identity verification. Learn more on the Responsible Gambling.

Question 29

How do I check my betting and transaction history?

Accepted Answer

Account Your full history of bets, Pix deposits and other payment methods, withdrawals, and bonuses is available in your account dashboard under "History". We recommend reviewing your history regularly as part of a healthy responsible gambling practice.

Question 31

Question 32

I received an email from pg767 asking for my password. Is it legitimate?

Accepted Answer

Question 33
